About this service
Wirelessly is a contactless check-in platform for short-term rental properties. Property hosts use Wirelessly to share verified door codes, Wi-Fi credentials, directions and house rules with their guests on a single secure page — no key handovers, no app downloads.
Pricing for hosts
Wirelessly operates on a transparent flat tariff: $5 per day of the rental contract, charged to the property host. There are no setup fees, no per-guest charges and no long-term commitments.
Hardware installation is free of charge: our certified technicians visit your property, install the smart lock and configure the platform for you at no cost. After installation Wirelessly runs without further intervention — codes rotate automatically with each booking.
For guests
If you arrived at a Wirelessly link, you've been invited to a property managed with this platform. You don't pay anything to Wirelessly — your booking and payment are between you and the host. Wirelessly only provides the secure check-in page.
Cookies & data
When you open an access link, we briefly record the following on the host's behalf, for security and analytics:
- Your IP address and country (resolved from your network).
- Your browser's User-Agent string and any HTTP referrer.
- The time of visit and whether you accepted these terms.
We set a single first-party cookie, kl_consent, valid for one year.
It remembers that you've passed this page so we don't show it again. We use
no third-party tracking, no advertising cookies and no cross-site
fingerprinting.
Visit logs are retained for the lifetime of the rental record. You may request removal of your data by contacting the property host who shared the link with you.
Acceptable use
The access link belongs to a specific guest and a specific stay. Sharing it with others, or attempting to access a property outside your booking dates, is prohibited and may result in legal action by the host.

Wirelessly provides the software layer only. The physical property, the booking agreement and the rental conditions are the responsibility of the host. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, but we do our best to keep the service running.
